"This company is absolutely the worst and we are looking to take our business elsewhere. We was in a car accident back in March and had UM coverage that their staff stated that all vehicles under our policy was covered but now that we was in an accident they are all saying something different on our coverage. Their claims department don’t have a clue what they are doing either. Not only have we got multiple different answers so hasn’t my lawyer. To this day as I was back in their office I’m told two different things by two different staff there about our UM coverage but yet, I’m told sorry that all we can do for you. Maybe you instead saying that, try actually helping a good loyal paying customer and get things figured out. It seems like someone messed something up with our policy and now they don’t know what to do and are trying to cover their mess up and they clearly don’t want to pay out the $10,000 on the UM because I have a lawyer on the case. Very sad and I hope this never happens to y’all in this office. We will take our money where people actually care about their customers."
