"The staff here couldn’t sync up my policy renewal periods and payment dates on our 4 vehicles. Inbound calls frequently rolled to voicemail, and E-mails were not responded to. After being told that completion of a Mature Driver’s Course would NOT reduce our rates (Despite Florida Law requiring a 3-10% rate discount for persons that complete an approved course, and State Farm Corporate publicly stating they would honor the Florida requirement), we cancelled our Automobile policies and found coverage at a significantly lower rate from another A rated insurance provider in Florida. Shop elsewhere for your insurance needs. We had no claims to file during our 3+ years with this organization, but based upon the recent legal action filed by the Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma against State Farm Fire & Casualty, it is doubtful any claim would have been fairly resolved."
